My career in hairdressing is 30+ years and counting; I qualified following 2 years at a hairdressing college in Derby and then worked for 9 years at two well-known salons in Burton-on-Trent and then as Salon Director at Enigma Salon in Ashby where I stayed for over 20 years.
I am now the proud Owner & Director of Renaissance Hair Salon situated in the beautiful canal side location of the Moira Furnace courtyard.
I like to keep up with modern cutting and hairdressing techniques and have attended the Toni & Guy Academy in London. I was also privileged to have taken part in cutting demonstrations at Salon International in London and the Clothes Show Exhibition Live.
I believe that it is really important to share my knowledge of products with our Clients; all products used at Renaissance are exceptional, personally selected and recommended. I pride myself on giving excellent customer service.
Ella - Stylist
After fully qualifying as a Stylist I started at Renaissance in 2022.
I love meeting new clients and take pride in listening to what they want and then communicating and working with them to ensure this is achieved and they leave the salon happy.
I keep up to date with the very latest trends, techniques and products within all aspects of the hairdressing industry.
My favourite aspect of hairdressing is Colour & Balayage, I love the creativity, finesse and technique required to achieve beautiful results.
